marinePRES / Cupro Nickel - marinePRES system consists of pipes, fittings, tools and installation materials. 5 certifications, obtained by Raccorderie Metalliche on the marinePRES product, confirm quality and reliability for applications such as heating, cooling, compressed air and fire protection systems.
The range of pipes made in copper/nickel 90/10 CuNi10Fe1.6Mn alloy according to the DIN86019 standard consists of seamless calibrated pipes, Ø15 to 108 mm. The fittings are equipped with a toroidal chamber featuring an 'M-profile', optimised based on Raccorderie Metalliche's experience. A green FKM O-Ring, developed by Raccorderie Metalliche through patented innovation, is directly mounted in this chamber during manufacturing.
RM Drain - RM DRAIN is the Push Fit system by Raccorderie Metalliche, featuring thin-walled pipes and fittings made of AISI 316L steel.
The Push Fit system is a connection method that allows for quick and secure assembly. Furthermore, it is reversible; by heating the joint with a source of hot air, the fitting can be detached from the pipe. This system is particularly suited for conveying wastewater and contaminated water with organic, chemical, and corrosive substances, using gravity or vacuum. The certified Drain range is available in 7 diameters, from DN40 to DN150.
